with reference to the Colonial Office letter No.58911/24

of the 9th of March, 1925, am directed by Lir. Secretary

Amery to transmit to you, to be laid before the Earl of

Birkenhead, the accompanying copy of an extract from the

Official Report of the proceedings in Dail Eireann on the

15th of December last, together with copies of despatches

exchanged with the Governor-General of the Irish Free

State regarding the registration with the League of Nations

of the Agreement of the 3rd of December, 1925, amending

220-15.2.26

6-16.4.26

and supplementing the Articles of Agreement for a Treaty

between Great Britain and Ireland signed in London on

the 6th of December, 1921.

2. Copies of this correspondence are being communicated

to the Governments of Canada, the Commonwealth of Australis,

New Zealand, end the Union of South Africa, and I am to

request that a copy may also be transmitted to the

Government of India.
